This hotel has a perfect location, just a short walk from the town center. I stayed in a king room that was brand new and really spacious. 🛏️.

The hotel was perfectly clean, and the facilities were good. It's in a perfect location next to shops and cafes. I stayed in Mansfield for one night after completing the Rail Trail from Yea, and I found all the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful.

Unbeatable location, excellent staff, lovely views over garden. Location short walk to beautiful Mansfield, all the shops and cafes and restaurants. Also, next to an area where guests can smoke. Well-equipped and well-appointed room, had a fine stay on ski vacation. Good-sized functional bathroom. Lovely pool, parking onsite. A cat in the reception, convenient.

I loved the fact that the bed was firm.
A kitchenette would have been appreciated, also a more centrally located heater would have helped.

The room was tidy, neat and quite large. Also accommodation for myself and 3 friends was about three times cheaper than staying anywhere at mt buller village. The drive up to mt buller village takes about 3/4 hour each way but that was worth it. Also it is right next to a ski hire shop in mansfield so it was very convenient.
The staff were very abrupt and a bit rude whenever we enquired at the front office for information. Also the ski gear drying room is very ineffective - our ski gear was still wet in the morning so after a couple of nights of this we just used the reverse cycle air con in our room to dry our clothes and boots. They definitely knew we had gear in there since they unlocked the drying room for us.
